The Catholic Charismatic Renewal Services is a Diocesan Office whose mission is to:

• Fan into flame the grace of Pentecost in the life and mission of the Church
• Broaden and deepen the understanding that baptism in The Holy Spirit is the Christian inheritance of all
• Help establish and support healthy and vibrant Charismatic Prayer Groups and Charismatic Praise and Worship gatherings
• Help people grow in the use of the charisms for the mission of the Church
• Foster evangelization in the power of The Spirit
• Foster the goals of the National and International Catholic Charismatic Renewal

HOW TO ENGAGE?

We host a variety of seminars, workshops, conferences, prayer meetings, confirmation retreats, adult and family retreats, provide event speakers, and traveling Praise and Worship gatherings to name a few.

Deacon Chuck Matzker is currently Bishop Golka's Liaison to the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the Diocese of Colorado Springs.  He and his wife Barbara have been active in the Renewal for over 35 years and have served on the Advisory Council to the National Service Committee of the National Charismatic Renewal.
